Apartment house is located in village Kľace, the area of Malá Fatra Mountains. House lies 2km from town Rajec where is an outdoor Thermal swimming pool called Veronika and 3km from Spa town Rajecké Teplice.
Accommodation is provided in 2 apartments situated on the ground floor. Each apartment has own entrance. The capacity is for 12 persons.
Apartment No.1 is placed in the front part of house and consists of two 4-bedded rooms. Both rooms have 35 m2 sunny terrace with a sitting for 8 persons. From terrace you come directly to a large garden. Min. occupation is by 4-8 pers.
Apartment No.2 consists of one double room, lounge with folding out sofa (extra bed for 2 pers.). Min. occupation: 2-4 pers.
Each apartment has own bathroom (shower/toilet), kitchenette equipped with el. double cooking plate, tea-kettle, fridge+freezer, microwave, utensils, dinning table + sitting.
Parking is provided in a courtyard. At guest´s disposal there is summer sheltered house with a sitting and grill, outdoor fireplace and pool (size 366 cm x 76 cm), connection to internet, mobile access (Orange, T-Mobile, O2).
